My niece who is an Assistant Professor of Political Studies has been working, since June 2007, on a paper for publication on "Deceit as a Tool in US Foreign Policy" . Last week she asked me to review her draft before she submits it for publication. I did and pointed out few points to her. One of these points was this: "not telling the whole truth to a foreign leader is not a deceit" especially if that leader does not support the US Government's policies regardless of whether those policies ar...

I find myself supporting liberal politicians then I hate them when they are in office. Then I support conservative capitalist politicians then I hate them when they are in office. I must be crazy or confused. But is it really me? When strange things happen from people, my wife says it is the LAW ...... I say what law? She says God’s law. She is never able to tell me how that is. But she keeps saying that every time I go crazy about something strange happening from people i thought sane. ...

No one, it seems, is satisfied with the conclusions of The Iraq Study Group. That is by no means surprising. There is no good options or solutions to the mess we created there. We may disagree on what it means, but all of it happened in real life: A man running to be the president of the ...

Every one is occupied nowadays with asking Bush and his people about their Exit stragey from Iraq. Every pundit and so-called expert blame him and his policy makers of being negligent in not have prepared and still not have an exit strategy for the ill-conceived unjustified war. They reason that at least Bush should have had a way out of the miss he is getting us in. They blame him even more about this shortcoming after Powel's warnings according to Woodward's book. it was reported that P...

Every time I watch an Ad from G.W. Bush's campaign I ask myself: "Do they really think the American people are that dum?". Apparently they think so. Unfortunately, the general public gives them many good reasons to think that way. After all, Bush's poll-rating numbers are not that bad considering all the failures and tragic results of his policies and decisions. From his decieving 2000-campaign slogans to his Tax-cut-for the Rich up to and including his going to war in Iraq on false pretens...
